I’m going to be a sophomore this year!! Me personally, I loved my freshman year so much, and you’ll make and lose friends very early on. Here’s some advice: -Nobody cares what you’re doing, your background, or your looks. -The seniors are some of the coolest people you’ll ever meet!! They won’t bother you:) -Homework is HEAVY; watch study-with-me vids and all is good!! -Get involved (if you can!) -Boys DO NOT MATTER AND WILL HURT YOU’RE EGO -Enjoy it because it will fly by:)

Hey guys I’m a junior this year and a little advice for freshman’s is that freshman year is where you make mistakes. sophomore year is where you learned from your mistakes and focus more on your grades and your testing. Also to have fun because freshman and sophomore year goes by quick 😭 anyways that’s it 💗💗💗

As a senior in high school my tips are: 1. Don't worry to much about being a newbie in high school 2. Don't try to fit in 3. You will loose some friends but at the same time you will gain some friends 4.Pls Pls don't skip class 5. Take AP classes or college classes(dual credit classes) in your sophomore year (10th grade) 6. Take a language class other than English 7. when you hit rock bottom DON'T give up 8. Take advantages of the programs that is provided in school and outside of school 9. Don't stress out and DON'T procastinate 10. Visit your counselor once in a while or maybe once a month 11. Give JROTC a try 12: Join clubs that will benefit your future 13: Get close to a teacher that can write you a recommendation letter for your college application 14: Don't stress if you are a C student, you can always improve 15: Don't create/start dramas and rumors or meddle into relationship 16: Mind your business 17: Always talk to a trusted adult, teacher, school administrator, counselor, friend and parents if someone is threatening you or bullying you. 18: Don't have to listen to others sometimes if its not necessary 19: Look out for others 20: Don't judge the book by its cover 21: DON'T flunk your freshman year 22: BE yourself Back to 5 & 11. 5 AP class are classes u take during your high school years, and also you might be in the top 10 if you are 80% complete with it when you graduate( not sure if the rule applies to your school but you can check with your counselor) and if you take AP classes u will take less classes during your college years and also might have a high acceptance for college. When I first started high school no one told me this so I'm telling you so that u can have a very positive starting point for college. AP stands for advance placement classes. 11 taking JROTC DOESN'T mean that you have to join the military, it is your choice if u want to join the military after high school or not. Its a good starting point for you to start doing your community service hours and it is a good starting point for you to built up your character and leadership skills. You will be doing alot of selfless services. I am not sure the high school that you are going to attend offers or have JROTC classes or not but its always good to ask the students that are attending the same school as you (note ask 10 grade or upper classes). Can be good for your resume to!! This year will be 3rd and last year taking it since i am graduating. I started taking JROTC my sophomore year. You don't have to take JROTC its not require but if you are interested you can give it a try, In JROTC we have uniforms. Lastly attend your freshman orientation. Be friends with the quiet kids cause they might give you more useful tips or give you a helping hand when u needed. I am one of the quiet kids at my school. Mental and physical health matters. Have fun during your high school years!! It will go by fast.. Welcome to high school pretty gurl!! C/O 25 we're up I can't believe our high school journey is comming to an end..

As someone who is going into there SENIOR YEAR ahh C/O 2025 we 🆙 Lmao anyways. Some of my best advise to you is just enjoy your freshman year like fr freshman year in highschool maybe even sophomore year to is one of the best non stressful years literally especially freshman year it was so fun literally. You should go to all your events,parties,football games, homecoming dances if you have it and just enjoy everything and go to anything and also if your into it try to join clubs do all that fun stuff I promise you your going to enjoy it and make so many memories !! So with all that being said enjoy your freshman year girly u got this focus on your work first then sports after if you play any enjoy your school year don’t let anyone get you down you got it your going to have the best freshman year everrrr, Don’t put to much pressure on yourself just cause your a freshman yeah people always talk about the freshman or try to get at the freshman but remember to everybody is not your friend so pick your crowd wisely but also have funn highschool very much has its ups and downs and can change lots of people but everything is going to be okay ! so yea enjoy it pretty girl & WELCOME TO HIGHSCHOOLLLLL🩷🫧💐!

As someone going into their junior year in highschool some tips I wish I would've known going into highschool is to pleasee pleaseee go to class! Honestly for freshman year attendance matters more than the work. Another thing, do what you think is right! Peer pressure is definitely in full affect in highschool. Dont let no one make you feel less than because you don't want to do something. Lastly, Enjoy it! Take risks! Make the friends! Stand out!!!Goodluck girly!!💗

As a junior in college, majoring in elementary education, and was in high school like you lol, I highly suggest getting pencils (lots and lots of pencils), and page protectors, as well as hole reinforcers (which you can find at target). Hole reinforcers will legit save your life, I have used those so many times and they have saved my life!

Hey Tijuana, I thought you should know that if you get college ruled pages, the lines are narrower so you can fit more per page. Teachers usually have us use college ruled unless you have massive writing :). Also, 70 page notebooks go so far if you're using both sides, but 100 pages obviously goes farther since you have 140 vs 200 pages. (duh) Also, my unsolicited advice to you– sophomore to freshman– is to definitely make sure you're taking ALL of your notes. Also, make sure you are turning everything in because sometimes the teachers don't have many grades for that semester and you could have one 0 and the rest be 100s but you still have an F and you're going to fail the quarter. Just be xtra studious and precautious in that respect! Also, some schools do final exams every semester and some have an exemption list for exemplary students. For instance at my school if you have straight A's and you miss only 3 days you can get out of finals. A/B grades is 2 days I believe, but it's not the same everywhere anyways so I'd just ask your teachers if your school does finals. Freshman year will be both the best and worst year of high school in so many ways, but I wish you good luck in your endeavors.

im a sophomore this year, and let me tell you.. freshman was rlly fun and i made a lot of friends later on. i came to high school with literally no friends (when i say none i mean none) but i left freshman year with a lot of friends some tips: DO NOT PROCRASTINATE, people do not care nor look at you whenever you think your being judged, theres a lot of work, please keep up! i loved this video a lot, keep posting! 💘
