The Die Hard Trilogy was released for the original PlayStation console in 1996. It was developed by Probe Entertainment and published by Fox Interactive. The game is based on the popular Die Hard film series and combines three different gameplay styles, each corresponding to a different film in the series.
Die Hard: This portion of the game is a third-person shooter based on the first film in the series. Players control John McClane as he navigates through the Nakatomi Plaza, battling terrorists and attempting to save hostages.
Die Hard 2: Die Harder: The second part of the game is a light gun shooter inspired by the second film. Players take on the role of McClane once again, this time battling terrorists at Washington Dulles International Airport.
Die Hard with a Vengeance: The final segment of the game is a driving game based on the third film. Players control various vehicles as they race through the streets of New York City, attempting to defuse bombs planted by terrorists.
Each segment of the game offers a different gameplay experience from top down shotter, to arcade light gun action, to driving.
And no Die Hard is NOT a Christmas Movie...

Great video. Always a wild time when me or one our mates would get a new playstation game back in the 90s. we are like hellyeah let's play die hard, this is going to be badass...... then we just went back to goldeneye on the nintendo many times

Had this on the Saturn. I'm still playing it again all these years later. Never watched the movies back then - to me it was all about shooting bad guys and rescuing hostages. The slippery controls add to the panic and difficulty, but overall it was great for its time as an arcade style 3rd person shooter in 1996. In the later levels some of the bad guys even disguise themselves as hostages. The taxi one was awesome because of the carnage. It was my Postal 2 before Postal 2.

I remember renting this once. My friend's kid brother loved this game for some strange reason. I'm guessing the die hard 2 game wasn't in many airports lol. I liked light gun games in the arcade, there's something oddly social about them in an arcade setting. Crazy taxi did the final one so much better lol.

So Die Hard 1 is kind of a GTA3 ripoff, Die Hard 2 is kind of a light gun ripoff, and Die Hard 3 is kind of a Crazy Taxi ripoff... I'm not sure why you'd combine 3 very different types of games like that. Great video as always!

Their is a better Die Hard PC game Called Die Hard by Sierra company and more like the movie then this Trigogly game.
