I’d say the land of Night is Snezhnaya. If not the other two would be Immernachtreich place that Fischl claims or the Abyss. Reasoning Snezhnaya makes sense is the fact we saw Tsaritsa’s palace only at night, it’s known as Everwinter…winter has the least daylight of all seasons, and like you said that would be akin to polar night as no sun at all. Also Scarlett was wearing a very Snezhnayan looking outfit so her being pale and having light colored hair is a bit on the nose.

Similarly, Ivanovna is J's second name, and while her first name begins with I, I and J are usually pronounced the same in Slavic languages. omg i love this!!! maybe random but something jumped out to me, the name day of anders being the 30th of november and determining the weather on christmas - that's kaeya's birthday i have a theory that diluc is genshin's jesus, because his birthday is the earliest date ascension day can fall (it's walpurgisnacht too which is interesting for different reasons lol) and because the dawn winery theme that's used for diluc's part in the silhouettes of the night video, could be referencing "greensleeves" but could also be referencing "what child is this" which is about jesus so the connection to both kaeya and christmas is hmMm...

For me, the 2 unknown members are Skirk and Istaroth herself Istaroth being more like a founder or a past leader who disappeared It's likely Alice and Istaroth knew each other bc of Enkanomiya, and now we got information that Barbatos was challenged by Hexenzirkel once, though they seem to be in good terms now. Also whole Hexenzirkel's job revolves around Ley lines which save memories, so I think initially Alice and Istaroth started working together perhaps at Istaroth's discontent with Celestia erasing things of the timeline, so she got Alice who's a descender to work with that, and I also think Hexenzirkel's main goal is to maintain balance as you've said. In both elemental matters and timeline matters. So Nicole talking to us right when wanderer erased himself, and her whole subject of study being Teyvat's direction and order is related to Hexenzirkel's goal itself. I also think that you are right about Magdaleine and Nottfrigga about being part of the groupe, I had my suspicions because of the inequal chairs, you juste wiped my suspicions away Also I think the Night Mother, the Abyss, the serpent of the Genesis Pearl and Marana are likely to be the same entity cause the later (Marana) does mean in the Sanskrit language Death (due to the onset of disases, poison or snake-bite) so for me it manifest into forbidden knowledge, wethering, abyssal corruption but thats just my theory 😅
