Welcome to the year 2075. In a world ravaged by asteroid impacts, humanity clings to survival amidst the ruins of a once-thriving civilization. This futuristic short film immerses you in a post-apocalyptic journey, where a father and daughter, Orion and Ryker, navigate the challenges of a drastically changed Earth 10 years after a catastrophic event reshaped our planet.

"2075" is not just a film; it's a visual odyssey that blends science fiction, action, and groundbreaking special effects to create a narrative that's as thought-provoking as it is thrilling. Crafted by the visionary @randysagefilms, this film is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit in the face of overwhelming odds.

Experience a world where the remnants of asteroid fields have not only altered the landscape but have given rise to new forms of life and unforeseen dangers. From criminal factions to otherworldly dragons and humans endowed with superpowers from asteroid remnants, every scene in this film is a glimpse into an extraordinary yet harrowing future.

Narrated through the eyes of Ryker, who was just an infant during the asteroid collision in 2065, the film offers a unique perspective on the new world. Her narration is a blend of her own experiences, and the tales passed down by her father, Orion, painting a vivid picture of life before and after the apocalypse.

The making of "2075" was a journey in itself. As the director, I spent over a year and a half writing, filming, and editing this, my most ambitious project to date. The challenges were immense, from mastering special effects to filming complex scenes with these effects in mind. Collaborating with ‪@SammyDrones‬ we captured breathtaking drone shots across the scenic landscapes of central Washington. The dedication of our talented local actors, who braved tough conditions to bring this story to life, cannot be overstated.

Thank you for joining us on this extraordinary journey. "2075" is more than a film; it's a window into a possible future, a reflection on our present, and a testament to the enduring power of storytelling.

Watch now and be part of this unforgettable adventure.

Directors Note: This is not a million dollar Hollywood production!! I filmed this for under $1000 and I do this for FUN...not a career. I wish I had more resources to please the keyboard warriors of the world, but I dont. Its just one guy doing the best he can with a vision, and local actors that had their hearts into this production. I appreciate all the positive comments and even the constructive ones posted below. However, if you have nothing better to do with your life than rip apart this film and be rude, your comments will be quickly deleted! Cheers and thank you for watching.

Very impressive visuals. I wish I had such abilities to film my Apophis Apocalypse stories, instead of just doing Audiobooks.

It takes time and imagination to make even a short film like this . Hope to see more from you 🎉

10000 you are insanely talented, the young dude was killer , make a part 2 I’ll watch for it.
  • I am an American, living and working in South Korea, and this week, I am showing this movie in my ESL classes! I particularly like how the narration of Ryker is slow enough and simple enough for an ESL audience.
  • The cutest little girl telling is a great little story. Thank you for posting I enjoyed 😊

Take the trashy comments as the trash they are. This was outstanding. I'm positively blown away by the special effects you managed on a $1k budget. Scenery was stunning. Wardrobe was fantastic. Thank you for making this labor of love and allowing us to participate. Very, very well done sir.

The scenery is out of this world. Loved the drone filmography. Ironically, what a beautiful world. I could have watched longer. Enjoyed the super powers so I was curious to see more. Nice surprise the child kept secret. Good actors. The father character should be seen in more film. Thank you an enjoyable morning watch. What scenery !
  • 10/10, held me from the get go. All aspects looked and sounded right, the scenery was stunning and I credit you for that, location, location, location. Thank you for this short film, keep the faith, ignore the jibes, be accountable only to yourself and take no prisoners along your path. Can you say where it was filmed?

That truck is in awfully good shape for being 90 years old.

Randy Sage: All else aside, this was a very pretty film. Your camera work on scenery is bang on (of course, your taste in scenery gets some credit too), and the mix of cities and dragons was real eye candy. I hope you love it and had fun making it.
  • Thank you Randy. A most wonderful production. Story was great, actors were perfect and your visuals were out of this world. Better than anything Hollywood puts out. The only thing I kinda have a problem with? Is the year 2075. Thinking this will be our world way much sooner than anyone imagines. Again ... Thank you for sharing this. Much appreciated!
