The most unrealistic part of this movie is that anyone in Hollywood would be worthy of being saved/raptured.

I love that they almost left the gimp joke out because they didn't think anyone would do it. But Jonah Hill said Channing would probably do it and he was correct

This movie uses several clever examples of foreshadowing, 2 of which paid off in this scene. 1) When Seth & Jay 1st arrive at James' party, Seth mentions that Channing Tatum lives down the street. Here Channing is Danny's gimp. 2) When Seth & James discuss making a sequel to Pinapple Express James mentions that he wants to have a scene where he sacrifices himself by getting eaten. Here James starts to get raptured for saving Seth & Jay, but then he gets turned away & eaten alive by Danny, Channing, & the cannibals. Very well done Seth & Evan.
