This video is showing a split view of the 808 number #16 V2 camera with the 120 degree lens. Known as lens D and the GoPro Hero HD recording at 1080p. More information about the Keychain camera can be found at this website: www.chucklohr.com/808/C16/index.html

Overall I think that this camera is a good step up in video quality from the number 11. Audio quality is very good in my opinion and and the wide angle lens is sharp for 720p video. The only thing I don't like about this camera is the notable steps in brightness when changing from light to dark.

Keychain cost about 42 USD and the GoPro about 200 USD

The configuration software for the 808#16 really makes it an even better Camera in that you can set up, exposure, white balance, contrast, rotate picture 180 degree, and a lot more.

Thanks for doing this. Exactly what I wanted to see. I have wanted a GoPro for a while but the price, ouch! I just ordered an 808 #16 with the wide angle lens for $42.

shipping took 7 working days. Well worth the wait.

#16 picture looks crisper than the GoPro, and it adjusts to changing exposure better too. the only down side folks, is that the battery will last you about 25 minutes on a full charge. see my vid here on how they perform in the dark

Battery is only 25 mins, but you can use these battery packs you can buy everywhere as used for charging phones on the road because it charges through usb.

I agree with Matt Isaacs comment below in that if you use the freeware 808 #16 configurator app you can totally explore the photographic / videographic capabilities of this little camera, including advanced camera settings, timelapse and motion detection options. I use this cam for skiing, cycling, quadcopter footage and it's excellent...with an external battery pack you can get over 4 hrs recording with the appropriate SD card. Great little cam...wish they made a waterproof housing for it and then it would be brilliant rather than exceptional. Its size / weight is the gamechanger for me...makes it incredibly versatile.

???? It tells you on screen in the first few seconds. GoPro left, key cam right?

wow, this is good result for keychain 808!!! For 44$ it is best camera
  • @53glowe
A few comments below suggest the battery only lasts 25mins...I have 2 of them and they last about 35-40mins consistently.

it helps if you label which cam is which. I often see videos and can't tell which side is for which cam.

You can see the GoPRo is a clearer image (due to the lens probably), but is it 5 times clearer? [$50 vs. $250] thanks for the review videos.

which side is which camera. It seems like the gopro is on the left? Thanks and good video
