They’re exactly why I hate organized religion. For people who follow a religion that’s supposed to be about acceptance empathy and love they sure know how to exclude reject and install a lot of self hate to those who are within the religion and face these issues

"1 sin is a bad as every sin" then "yes, I've had sex outside of marriage and it wasnt bad" is some true Christian behavior

If homosexuality was accepted by everyone, they wouldn’t have shame/depression/loneliness associated with their sexuality. Also, what’s the Christian solution? Hide who they are and deprive themselves of the love they want? Not sure that would help their depression or loneliness.
