I live in Virginia. I was on SSDI for ten yrs until I retired. I was never reviewed. I always kept up with my treatment provider and maintained treatment.

If I could get Healthy again, I would gladly give up my benefits. My disabilities are enough that I got my approval the 1st time I applied. I never had to hire an attorney and I don't think I even listed all of my health problems. They said a review after 7 years ๐. I plan on visiting Fatima (Portugal) for the healing๐๐ผ๐๐ฝ waters of Fatima.

Crazy. So you are on disability legitimately and youโre at their mercy during review. If they decide you donโt qualify anymore, then you appeal and you still arenโt able to get on disability. At that point you are homeless and broke because of overpayment. So if you really canโt work, but somehow the SSA is convinced you canโฆ you could be homeless, broke and unable to work. If that doesnโt sound like a bleak scenario. There isnโt any way they help people transition from being on disability and going back to work?

Only receiving SSI I have been receiving it since around 1996. I remain permanently disabled and have kept up with all my annual visits. My question is: I have used up all of my earned Social Security benefits and have been collecting still. I am concerned eventually they will stop sending benefit. Is this possible? While they continue to benefit continued to be disabled

People on ssi/Ssdi applied for unemployment benefits. Their UI benefits are under ss limits, but president added $600 & $300 extra weekly UI benefits. How does this impact people on ssi/ssdi bc with extra ui money puts them over income limits?

What kind of question will they ask you at your SSI review l have a review in a couple of months?

There I know itโs been a few years since you made this video but I just found it. I currently have been receiving disability SSDI for two years. I just reread my form and I think I may be up for a review. It shows somewhere in the paper that you said to look at in 24 months but then it also stated between five and seven years, so Iโm not really sure I was disabled with chronic fatigue, which is an incurable and actually I havenโt had any improvement, so are you saying that the best shot for me to continue benefits is only going to be able to be with medical proof meaning Iโve reached out to my doctor weโve tried things and there is still no ongoing or treatment available that would improve my physical stamina the only actual medical intervention that they can offer is basically coping mechanisms, basicallybreathing exercises meditation SRI just to treat how I feel about having this disease but not actually anything that is going to prove my overall function. Is there anything else other than medical documentation that I should be doing considering there really isnโt anything else I could do to improve my review. Thank you so much. I hope this gets to you.

I was approved for muscskeletal and migraines from an auto accident. been on SSDI for about 8yrs have had a couple cdrs. the neurologist I see is constantly putting me on different meds. ive tried most triptans and cgrps? . I an on an injectible med 1x monthly Ive reported the frequency and duration has lessened but I also had a failed cervical fusion so many HA are neck related. I report to doc that I still have 5+ migraines per month. I almost get sense the doc believes the meds should alleviate them all together. Now doc wants me to get cerviecal nerve ablation. I want to put my foot down as I dont trust this procedure\treatment. What or how would SSA regard this if I refused. Im in late 50's so not sure if there would be an impact but I dont meet full retirement until 67 so there may be another review or 2 in my future

I'm wanting to see if I can get raised

what if you receive ssdi and have a review that ssdi believes you can work, but while first collecting benefit -you have been diagnosed with early onset of dementia at age 58 -go to doctors/specialists memory loss, migraines, anxiety, depression, very sensitive
