  • I’ve had chronic depression for over 7 years and for a long time I’ve been trying so hard to distract myself and I’ve also lost the ability to cry so I’m trying to learn how to finally stop running

  • I've had a deep depression today. Suicidal. I have ibs that keeps going. My granddaughter is here doing her remote school so I have to get up early. My therapist fell and has a concussion. I am scheduled for serious back surgery with no one to help me after ward. I'm trying to reschedule for when I will have help. This is so bad it's funny. This is a really good meditation. It helped.

    Performing this meditation helped me realize that my depression isn't really depression. Whenever I'm having a bout of depression, it mostly isn't sadness. It's fear and frustration.
