is it just me who felt really nostalgic when they saw the name 0x10c? I remember being so hyped for this to come out... those were the good old days

I like that Ten to the C sounds like "Tend to the Sea". If you think about space as a vast open ocean, it sounds like an amazing play on words.

the game looks and sounds like if No Mans Sky and Classic Doom had a baby.

This doesnt really seem like a sequel to minecraft, this is a totally different sandbox

You scared the hell out of me! 😂 A family friend of mine actually died of ALS 6 years ago on 9/11. He was powering through the disability by making a Minecraft inspired in space with a few friends. Unfortunately the project was abandoned afterwards, as he was the project leader and the main motivation. It was actually decently planned out too. It was nothing like this game, more centered around ship combat/building and and fleet collection against AI and player factions. That’s about all I remember because I was so young when it was explained to me. But I felt like sharing, as the comparisons (and timings), to me, are pretty interesting! 👍
