This is real life for those of us with MS and having to take help from your children is both a blessing and a curse. Love and support to your entire family. Blessings to all out there as well, who have to struggle daily with this HEINOUS disease. Prayers go out to you all and to this family. My son is coming over to help me soon. He's leaving work to do it. Sometimes our children wear the hero cape. I can't help but feel that it's wonderful, BUT it's not supposed to be this way. I'M THE PARENT. and, in a couple days I go back to Nebraska to do the SAME help for my elderly father. I SEE the similarity but cannot justify, that if I'm not old, I shouldn't need help from my children. But yet, I owe it to my father to help HIM. Y'all are a beautiful dutiful loving wonderful family❤❤ MS SUCKS.

This young man really cares for his father. He helps his father as he needs, but does not overly coddle him, thereby showing respect and honor. He lets his father do what he can for himself which is vitally important to a person's mental well-being.
