Fantastic story Brooke and your strong love and devotion for each other still shows very strong today. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦

Please dont look at it as your Dad giving up. He knew he was ready. There is a huge differance. He was able to see his dream of his little girl growing up and knew Jason would protect you. His job in raising you was finished, you were now grown and married and he was at peace with that. ❤

The story of you and Jason was lovely. The story of your dad was so poignant. I don’t think your dad gave up after your wedding…I think he was at peace and able to let go. What a loving tribute.❤

Jason is a smart man. Absolutely beautiful story. I’m sure you’re Daddy is looking down from Heaven, and is very proud of you both, and the life you’ve built.

Thank you for a beautifully story. You Dad didn’t give up, he just knew Jason was a good man and it was safe to leave and go to his rest❤️✌️💫.
  • Amen girl, when my dad passed after surviving cancer 5 times, 5 mind you, and a debilitating stroke, he laid in pain and suffering for 4 months. My husband couldn't understand my reaction at first, until he walked that path. Everyone knows that sad, sweet, painful relief. Praise God and all his blessings.

I loved this, Brooke. After my husband died in my arms at age 57, I too felt immense relief that his suffering was over... only to feel guilty for having that feeling. So, thank you for sharing this intimate story with us. I could listen to you guys for hours. You bring some peace into this world. Thank you. BTW, there are no coincidences, just divine intervention.

Long live story telling!! Brooke, this story was wonderful. You do realize part 2 has to be next, right??!! How about inserting some photos to go along with it - as long as it's feasible. Thank you Brooke for sharing this amazing portion of your life. Honestly, I didn't want it to end! ❤❤

Thank you for the lovely story. We so enjoy all of your videos. We miss Mary Carl. We learned so much from her. She's a young lady now and we completely respect her will for more privacy. Your videos bring so much joy to us. A couple times now we have had Cog Hill night and watched a marathon of videos.

Ms. Brooke , Thank you. Our 'daily contacts' have made you feel like 'family' to me and to all your followers. Your history rings of Truth, Love and Dependability ... life qualities that build strength of character. May you and your family continue to be Blessed. All I can say with a grin is: "Gotta love a woman who loves her family, tractors, donkeys, big 'n' little dogs and goats !💯❤
  • That was a wonderful story. You both were meant to be together. And I know about the relief you felt when your dad passed. My dad passed 20 years ago from cancer. And all I could feel was relief that he was no longer suffering. May you have a wonderful day!💖💖💖

It’s a very nice story. You guys are good for each other. Working together on the farm, putting up with each other’s craziness. You guys have a wonderful daughter that’s very knowledgeable on birds. Stay healthy and safe always

What an absolutely amazing story, Brooke. It shows in every video how much you love each other and are completely in tune with each other. I'm so sorry about your dad, I lost mine 10 years ago. It never gets easier for me anyway. Please make a part 2 and let us know how you got into farming and what was the 1st animal you got? I'm just so interested. Have a great day!! Much love from Scotland ❤️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Good morning Brooke, what a wonderful story. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. I love hearing how people get to know each other.
  • @faybennett9159
Beautiful story Brooke, thanks for sharing your story with us!!!
  • @janw3717
Thank you so much for Sharing all that with us Brooke, I was absolutely transfixed listening for the whole 31 mins! It struck me how incredible things interlocked and timed themselves amazingly. You had the 2 most important men in your life at one point with only one kidney each. And I don't believe your Dad 'gave up', I think he was just finally content thinking you were safe and settled with a good man, and that you'd both equally look after your Mum when he was gone. I never knew your Dad's name was Carl, that will make me smile now every time I hear MaryCarl's name mentioned. My only regret would be that he never got to meet her. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to Share it all with us. Love the whole gang, from an old 'broad' in the UK!*! ❤
