I absolutely adore the waitress in the first bit. Her demeanour was 10/10, I loved how she laughed when saying customers are displeased with her bringing the ‘thin’ crust 😂

That lobster roll looked amazing to me. I was so upset when he just sent the whole thing back without even trying it. I'm with the lady. "Too much lobster?!" No such thing!!

Every time a chef says "I have plenty of people who say they love my ____" The "plenty of people": - their mom - their spouse - their best friend - their drinking buds - their terrified staff - their elderly regular who is just being polite and supportive because they're nostalgic and afraid of change - the drunk guy who would literally eat the food from yesterday out of the garbage if they weren't open anyway - their dog - little kids who still eat their own boogers

one thing I do really like and respect about Ramsey is I have never seen him be mean to the waitstaff. Like I love watching him rip into the chefs/cooks/owners, but I love that he is never cruel to the poor staff. And like- the wait staff ALWAYS GETS IT. Like hes just saying what theyve been thinking this whole time.
