Name That Sound

Sounds my car makes at 0:09 and 0:32. Recording was taken on 12/18 between 9:30am and 10am. Non-running sounds occurred before recording.

The first sound is faint, so turn up to max volume.
The first sound seemed to be coming from lower dash (hazard light area), second sound seemed to come from behind the steering column.

It also made sound when car wasn't running in the morning before these occurrences. Once after sitting in carport for over 8 hours, then twice just before I started recording. I was unable to decipher where the first sound was coming from when it went off [loud], but the 2nd [softer] and 3rd [louder] sounds seemed to come from the lower dash and from the back of the car respectively.
