Javier is actually one of, if not the most, dangerous member of the gang, he's always so unpredictable and impossible to read, Charles is probably the best fighter in the gang, the best shooter would have to be Arthur by default because of Dead Eye, he's been a gunslinger longer than John so he would be better.

Loved Javier in this game, makes me sad despite knowing what happens to him I kept thinking through red dead 2 they would change his outcome for some reason. It actually kinda seemed uncharacteristic for Javier to side with dutch given his development in this game.
