This song is about her current partner (they have a child together). When they met there was an instant connection but he was with someone else. So she didnt pursue him, and it left her completely heartbroken. But then a few years later when he broke up with that girl, him and Halsey reconnected. So it's a song with a happy ending. Even if it sounds sad

Crying happy tears. So happy for Ashley, Alev, and Ender. Seeing Ash go from losing what she thought was love, to experiencing true love and finding happiness in her little family.. gosh. Just gushing for them. This is beautiful. <3

I love the love that Halsey and Alev share. The fact that they met when he was supposed to direct a video about her life and now they have a baby together is so sweet.

I know what the meaning of this song is about but for me this song personally is about someone that you loved who ended up with somebody else and you think about that person nearly every day and in their mind you hope they someday realise they made a mistake and should of been with you but they can't.

This song absolutely is fantastic. I think her storytelling has continued to improve over the years and i'm surprised this song is not bigger than some of her previous singles

There are many romantic songs but this is definitely the best of all. How Halsey had a lot of bad experiences with love in the past, but now she's finally found a man she feels happy and comfortable with! She now has a beautiful little family, and I'm very happy of her ♡♡♡
