Thank you for such an informative review. I am currently having a home built by Ryan Homes and so far have been very pleased with the process. I had to chuckle when Mr. Davis said the PM gets on his nerves sometimes....thankfully my PM has been sending me updates every Friday morning with pictures and I'll be going for the predrywall meeting in a couple of weeks. Also thanks for the 12 month tip, I'm going to make a note about that. Happy times and memories in your new home.

First off thumbs up! This was a great video....always super informational. I 100% agree with everything you said. We also got an inspector and it was so worth the money! Some of the same issues your inspector found in your home is the same for us. We have been on top of it..altho the P.M. can be annoying but I also understand he is under stress. We are almost at the end and I can't wait to share our experience! Good job y'all!

Great video. I love listening to home buying experiences. It definitely brings awareness to the ups and downs of the process. We just sold our house, and now shopping for our forever home. Which is kinda stressful, but exciting at the same time.
