Medicaid cannot deliver high quality health care. I was one who the single Obamacare insurance company in my state tried to force on to Medicaid this year, and conditionally on Social Security Disability like millions of others since it's implementation
This massive expansion of the welfare state was baked in to the Obamacare law deliberately to collapse the public system in order to bring in single payer socialized medicine.
Only the elites and legislators are exempted from this nightmare forced upon the rest of the Citizens of the USA. Complete repeal is the only option to restore the best health care delivery in the world.
