Becky, you've outdone yourself. I can't believe you and Austin made your own rail! Really sets the vibe of your home when you walk in 🧡

This might seem silly but thank you for including that you’re building up to code!!!! The focus on safety and sustainability always sets TSG apart
  • @SnuggleSnatcher
I’m a simple girl. I see a video where Austin helps Becky with a project and I click. He’s the best!

I can't wait for a tour of the whole house once all the renovations are over, it's gonna be so goood! 🙈
  • @KresantR
Love that our sorryboy austin supports what u love doing ❤️
  • A couple of narrow rectangular plant pots filled with trailing plaints on that sliver of flooring under the gallery wall would look nice trailing down the wall.

Becky was so cute when she was learning the new skill! She is really great at making you feel like anyone can tackle these kind of DIY projects. THIS TURNED OUT AMAZING!

I was so relieved to see you did the appropriate wood handrail! The right size, the right stain! Way to go! I looked for 3 years for a similar house and was constantly outbid! So we gave up and now I'm living vicariously through you. Ontario real estate sucks!
  • I still think your 70's sitcom intro is the best one any of you have had so far 💛
  • @KattEyl
You’re lucky Austin is experienced with construction. He’s a good teacher.

Girl you have mailed the 60's 70's vibe to a tee. I grew up during this time and it looks like my Aunts home in NY.
  • @JessTester
I just love that I sat down to eat and watch something and couldn’t find anything good. As I was about to give up, this was uploaded 😊 Yay! Excited to see how it turned out!
  • @Bitsfa
That corner is so freaking amazing now!!! I love love love your maximalist style, not necessarily the 70’s, but just surrounding yourself with everything you love. So dreamy!

My high school was completed in 1972. The railings were topped with wood just like you have done ... You absolutely rocked this. You and Austin are the dynamic duo. Your vision and its execution were most excellent.
  • @prapika500
That railing is impressive. I can't belive you guys did it yourselves! I would have loved to see how you managed to do the angled cuts, but it seems to have traumatised you, so it's better that way. The end result is stunning. I love your vision for your house.

If I had unlimited funds, I’d so hire Becky to take over & design my whole entire house ❤❤❤

It’s so sweet to see the way Austin empowers you to try new things and helps you when you're struggling without taking over. ❤
