I am 72 yo & honored to have grown up in the age of Eric Clapton & Mark Knopfler! I will never stop loving them. 💯❤️❤️💯
  • I believe that somewhere in the world, there are people who feel the same emotions that I feel when I listen to masterpieces like this song.
  • Two of the best guitar players in the world. So glad I found this.
  • FINALLY!!! Someone knows how to turn older videos into HD, has good musical taste, and posts them on YT.

  • Blessed for having been alive and old enough to watch it when it was first released. Double blessed for being young enough to find it again so freely available (kind of) on youtube. Those were the days, these are the days, my friend. Legends. Absolute Legends!!!!

Eric and Marc enjoying playing together makes the show all the more fun.

Such a cool era for Clapton, what a lineup.

Over the years i have come to appreciate mr Ray Cooper on percussions. Who ever may be the main star , he always seems to be the guy who enjoys the most being there . Its a real pleasure to look for him on the back and see how much fun he's having ! I 'm a real fan , keep on banging on those bongos Ray ! 🎉🥁🪘🎶
  • Really wonderful experience to see Knopfler playing support for Elton. Doesn't try to steal the show, just picks out beautiful notes to enhance Elton's performance. Fantastic musician, and knows what the music needs.

I am 66 and I am still a Rocker, in my own Rockin Chair!!!❤

HELP! Every time I try to click away from this video and go do non-procrastinatory things, Eric Clapton goes wild on his guitar and I am paralyzed by awesomeness.
  • Trying to compare Clapton to Knopfler to is like comparing oxygen to water. Why try? Equally important and impressive. Like comparing Hendrix to Van Halen. Quit wasting your time. All on the Top Shelf. No better, just different.

The two of them together!!! WOW!!! And nice that they are wearing jackets to give respect to both their music and their audience.
  • @dinkodinev
Knopfler is making a guitar excellence journey of his own
