This song is simply a masterpiece, the funk, the groove, the attitude, the big band in the back was killer, just a truly honed and finely crafted song from some of the best musicians.

There's no other band where you just feel like they're having THIS much fun making music. Bands have looks, aesthetics, politics, phases, styles, fanbases, demographics, markets, peaks, troughs, reasons, aims, accomplishments... but there's no other that just feels like they're genuinely loving every good and bad thing that happens in life the way these guys do.

When Anthony sings waiting for you in the chorus, it reminds me so much of the leverage of space. Both amazing songs. The album is amazing, listened to it 5 times already today😂😂

Not only did I immediately think "dang, this could've been slipped onto Californication as a bonus track and no one would've batted an eyelid", but the moment that chorus kicks in with John's voice just floating over AK's... much as Josh was a fantastic guitarist and backing vocalist, John is THE fantastic guitarist and BV of RHCP :virtualhug:

What a track , this reminds me of old school chilli peppers. What a bass line, funk of guitar. A siren going off mid song and trumpet / horn section at the end . Favourite track ❤️
