I'm 66 and I still love Halloween. I live in a hype Christian area that considers Halloween "satanic", so I have my own private celebration:I wear a costume, put up decorations, play music, and eat my Publix Halloween cup cakes.
  • I don't care what other people say. I love candy corn! Another candy that I like getting for Halloween would be Skittles! I also loved getting Nerds in my trick-or-treat bag.

Much as I love candy, my favorite things to get trick or treating were stickers or toys. Even Halloween pencils were awesome!

Along with the wax lips they had wax harmonicas, I guess they counted as Halloween because the wax was orange.

Some of the candies listed I vaguely remember. In fact, one year, I may have gotten these wax pop bottles with fruit drinks inside.

I loved sugar babies and popcorn balls. I liked getting candy corn. Halloween is still a good time for me. I like to watch spooky TV shows and I have gone trick or treating, just for the fun of it. Love from Marysville California

I always loved BBBats! Most people don’t know what I’m talking about! Lol
  • Brings back memories. I remember the wax lips and fangs, kinda like Dracula fangs. I chewed on it and it was wacky, but it was almost like bubblegum kind of.😂 there’s a few on there that I really treasured when I was a kid. But the peanut butter taffy that was in the orange and black you’re right at first they broke your teeth, but as they warmed up and it, chewed it until your jaws hurt then it started tasting a little better.

OMG! Brach's Candy corn, Indian corn, and the related Harvest mix are still my favourites... I buy enough every year to get me through the holidays!!
  • I always thought Sour Patch Kids were something new like maybe late 2000's or early 2010's.
