  • Bonnie. Great video. I might be nuts but I want to install a mosaic floor on my bathroom using patterns of our Plumeria, Roses and Bouganvilla for our yard. I think we can do this ourself and I am not concerned about how much time it will take. I need to research the proper tiles to use and cut and how to prepare the floor and how best to adhere the tiles.

I have a question. I thought that one had to be super careful about any glue getting between the tessera or left at the sides as the grout would not stick to glue. But I see that there is always some left as you are demonstrating with the Cinca. It is very hard not to have a little excess and trying to get rid it with toothpicks etc. invariably moves a tile a bit. So, can I leave some??

  • I always have to spend so much time scraping the extra grout of the uneven China pieces that
