i can’t get the Two Lies Two Truths completed 2 of them won’t spawn on the map

I literally did everything i could do for witch queen triumphs , i crafted all the weapons needed , did those qualicor thing quests , i have everything for the collectors badge and the seal except the ghost shell cause it says 300/350 deduction score ... ? What i gotta do then ?
