In this video I attempt to see another solar system (aka an exo-system) more than 1000 light years away in the Great Nebula of Orion with a giant Celestron 14” HD Edge Telescope.

This man is probably my favorite astrophotographer on the platform. His content is so entertaining and educational -it just never disappoints

As a 14 yesr old this is really inspiring! Amazing video sir! Many future careers will be born out of your youtube videos about astronomy

When I was a bit younger I thought only such images could come from space telescopes like Hubble. Truly beautiful.

Hello! I’m a 14 year old Amateur Astronomer, been photographing for just over 2 years now with my 9” Dob in dark New Zealand Skies. I’d just like to make a recommendation for a future video where if possible, you could go out to one of our many dark skies reserves and shoot a video. It feels like another world at night time down there and I think everyone should see it once in their lives.

This was absolutely incredible. You are such an inspiration, not just in your findings but in the way you dedicate yourself for dealing with all the difficulties of this vocation with such high spirits and endless devotion. These images blew my mind into pieces. The live feed of the star nursery with all the bubbles - a celestial object of such vast proportions laid out in front of us like sprinkles on frosting - within our live point of view, from here on earth!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. And after that, seeing the protoplanetary disc and the young solar system was just beyond comprehension.

I am just wondering why neither nasa or the european space agency havent hire this gentlemen and baptize him as the CEO of those two institutions and head guy of RD

Amazing, how much work you put into making these videos. Some of us are struggling with astrophotography alone, but you also create this great content in the meantime. Thanks mate!

As an amateur myself for many years, I really appreciate your work!! Amazing!!

I see The Breaker, I hit the like! Rik's tunes are just the icing... You always do such a great job of capturing the nuances of amature astronomy: cloud breaks, gear hijinx, the odd "what the hell just happened" moments... Love it!
  • @bierrollerful
It's amazing that nerd astronomers can produce images with this much detail.
  • @KofieBluejay
Always a treat! I was watching the video while looking at the JWST picture of the same core of Orion, and I didn’t know you could see proto-stars, and it’s so detailed in the JWST… Really help having a specialist explaining you what you are seeing. Great timing ;)

You continue to astound and amaze me with your photos and videos. It is incredible to get a personal glimpse into the cosmos.
  • Cracking video once again! your content inspires me to continue this hobby at all levels despite the terrible few years we've had in the UK (weather-wise) thanks Biscuit man! Although my partner does not appreciate all the ideas your videos put in my head £££
  • @DGDJI

You inspired me so much to get into astronomy myself. Thanks for all that you've done for the community and for creating such great content.
