Caregiving and Parkinson's

Published 2022-11-28

  • Oh my goodness, David, how wonderful of you and your dear wife to make this video 💖🥰💖 Thank you for answering all of our questions, you have given me real hope that my husband and I can make it through this together. In the past, I was the caregiver of our 4 children (2 of which are also type 1 diabetics) as well as my husband when he underwent 3 spinal surgeries and a shoulder repair. Now he has retired, only to find his new calling is taking care of me. It's a total reversal of our roles and he is making the adjustments more easily than I am!! Thank you, Hayley, for letting us meet you and for graciously answering all of our questions. It's so wonderful to hear that your family is nearby and able to help and support you as you care for David. May the Lord continue to bless you and strengthen you both!
  • Thank you ,I really enjoyed doing it and helping all the caregivers ❤and meeting everyone.

Hi Hayley, so very nice to meet you :×)
  • Thank you for sharing with us. How long after your diagnosis did you start experiencing dyskenesia? I was diagnosed almost 3 years ago but have not experienced it yet.
