That was by far one of the most beautiful powerful meditation I hv done. It was so timely to release a trauma that o hv gone thru last week and was stuck within me. I will do this meditation again tomorrow and the day after. For the first time I felt my heart a garden and I was planting a glowing seeds with all my dreams. Thank you so much for everything.
