I always tell my autistic girls that it is not a disability.... Its a different ability! ❤️

I’m just over 4 years sober ... I’ve dealt with mental illness & crippling anxiety all my life through certain events. It’s so nice to see someone I’ve loved & watched on my tv for so long who I can relate too ... I panic If I’ve got appointments/things to do so I also keep a diary. Physically seeing what I set for the week helps massively. I’m In a really good place at the moment. I still have my odd days but I try not over question things now. I try & stay free & embrace who I am ... I am who I am! I don’t pretend or hide from my quirks. I am In control now!! ❤️

  • Thank you for being such a positive role model for my 6 year old Skylee was diagnosed with higb functioning autism when she was four. Sinead is her favourite character in Hollyoaks and for her to see someone just like her is fantastic and shows her that she has great potential to go onto the future. Well done on your recovery and keep going and come back to Hollyoaks soon we miss sinead x
