My hands are always shaking every time I shared the gospel to my bestfriend or just anyone who is not a believer, cuz I'm afraid we wouldn't be friends anymore if I shared, but I had to, it is extremely important, therefore I have to share it to him because I love him, I had to take the chance and also prayed. and ended up praying for the whole world too, please pray for us people to get closer to Christ's truth, cuz it is important. ππ

It helps when i talk to myself. I say things outloud to help me memorize things for an upcoming test or something i have to do. I am able to use more senses that way. Sometimes i need encouragement and i say out loud to myself " come on buddy, you can do this, you got it ". Sometimes i dont even have to say things out loud, i think, i consult my memory , i remember good things or bad things which affect other parts of myself like my emotions. I then make a decision to continue or discontinue acessing myself and decide to move on to better things. I am my best freind and my worst enemy depending to what i listen to. Yet I am only 1 person. We are created in the image of God.
