I love that Bungie is taking full advantage of the player base basically playtesting the most broken possible perk combos for them.

They honestly should make this an annual event where we can craft whatever monstrosity we can and just go to town on the game for a week. It’s better than any event they’ve put out since the game has released.

Today was my most productive gaming session ever.. 3 dungeons, 3 GM's, got Divinity (first and last ever Garden raid run), and first Crota raid since D1. A permanent game mode with rotating matchmade activities with these Borderlands style weapons would be hilarious. So easy to teach/learn raid mechanics when you can delete enemies. Just don't give achievements or rewards for it.

I crafted it with mulligan and reservoir burst 🤣 so damn fun I love how loud the explosion is. Haven’t had this much fun in destiny in a long time

It's easier to do if you "reshape" having the only two weapons you are combining in your inventory. I have had no issues doing this on a PS5 using my mobiles hotspot and no crazy DL or apps running in the background.

While the aggressive ammit and GLs are definitely crazy, to me the best part was switching the weapon perks. I made an austringer and scout rifles have desperado, which was funny, a without remorse with slideshot and opening shot, a drang with explosive payload, the piece of mind and battler with rapid hit and headseeker, and so on. I feel like people for some reason are not experimenting enough, because I haven't seen that many people trying combinations like these apart from just switching the frames to aggressive. I think you'd like the feeling of the without remorse with slideshot and opening shot or surplus and opening shot though.

You can also do this with the heavy GL, after you pick up one heavy brick you have infinite ammo
