Am I Guilty? School Bus Safety Program TOH

I am the blue vehicle. I got a ticket in the mail from Long Island saying a ran a school bus stop sign. This footage was linked. The sign doesn't even move at all until I am right up on the bus already. I don't think there is any way I could have safely stopped in time.

    Definitely not guilty! Bus pulled out sign when you were in the middle of the street (middle of the bus). All you could do was keep going. I would’ve done the same.
