Mace Windu & 187th Legion Clone Trooper (Star Wars Black Series) REVIEW -- Clones of the Republic

I missed the pulse preorder and picked it up from Disney store as well 👍🏻. I think Mace’s 2d figure head is different and is my favorite of the 3. Shelf display is looking great👍🏻

It is quite strange they used that old clone body (Which some people do perfer due to the proportions from the movies). I know that purple clone isn’t technically canon but it does look awesome lol! That Mace looks fantastic. It’s smart and appropriate reuse. They need to go ahead and give us Kit, Plo, and Ki-Adi some clone guantlets ASAP! I enjoyed the review man. I’m trying to wait for a single release for Mace. But idk if I can wait much longer. Especially after your review.

Very nice set, I would love to have that 187th! I love the purple so much! And Mace loots great with those gauntlets, glad they did something to make it different from the other one

Great set. Thank you for reviewing it. I love the clone and I think this might be my favorite Mace. I also couldn’t tell; it could be the different skin tone but this one really somehow looks much slimmer in the face 😂😂

I wish they would have kept the same skin tones as well on the Mace figures. The 50th Lucasfilm Mace's head sculpt is definitely different than the other two. And the other Mace that I have has a soft good cloak. Not sure which one it is though because your other one did not have a cloak on. I call those vambraces gauntlets. I don't know if that's correct or not? It says vambrace - forearm armour. Gauntlet plate - covers back of hand. Sheesh!! Still learning what you call all of the clone armour. I do know that the Mandalorians call their forearm armour gauntlets and/or vambraces. Anyway, thanks for the review! Good job!

It's a nice looking set. I'm a sucker for rhat rich purple colour. I'd hazard a guess that the 2023 moulds were being used to produce one of the other clones that are in production. A shame for this guy, but not the end of the world. At least he has a removable helmet. Maybe the clone will get a single release on tue updated body? Some alt hands for them both and laswr borlts to stick on the end of the blasters would be cool. Maybe even one to attach to a lightsabre to show it being deflected.
