Enes is by far my favorite guest so far! He’s got such an amazing story.

Man, this really made me like Enes so much more. His work ethic is unbelievable. So inspiring to hear about his journey and story in this episode.

I appreciate Enes' honesty with the magnitude of owning one of those mega mansions. I mean, there is only so much marble and toilets you can have in a home, and his emphasis on it being a liability is spot on. When I watch his videos I appreciate the architecture and all of the hard work the builders and developers have put in, but I get anxiety attacks dissecting every security weak point in the back of my mind. I feel like I would be a walking target in my own house. I would take the humble and unassuming abode with a nice view any day of the week over these Goliaths.

If I was on the podcast I'd intentionally do the worst possible intro just to get "wow that was the best one yet" 🤣
  • @702Chap
Finally! I know you’ve known Enes a long time. I hope Enes does a house tour of your house now that the aquarium is finished!

Current calculated yearly salary of Year2 on the podcast: $68,094.40. If the podcast was someone working a 40 hour week every week it would be making $32.74 per hour. That also translates to $7.77 of passive income every hour! Keep in mind that these first couple episodes are going to be very volatile for the calculated salary.

Hands down, the most inspirational guest you've had yet. I really am amazed at all his accomplishments in life at such a young age. I am going to use this advice!
  • @CGF101
He’s the home detail master.. I do floors and counters and he knows his shit
  • Enes’ story about how he moved to LA is one of the most amazing and inspirational I’ve heard. That mixture of grit, self confidence and serendipity in that sequence is the magic and allure of LA that I feel in love with on my trip there in 2019. I’m 39 with no qualifications so the usual forms of immigration from Australia for me are out. But I’m entering the greencard lottery this year and really want to move to LA and live somewhere where ambition is embraced and not stifled. Amazing episode Graham!!!
