Lowkey the buff horizon needs is to get rid of the first two upgrades there so useless for her and put the 2nd upgrades for the first selection. Then replace the 2nd upgrades with increasing her tactical height or increasing her ult radius that would make her so much more useful

Is horizon the only legend where her blue perks don’t help in a fight at all? I can’t think of any other. Also horizon purple perks is the same as bang blue perks ☠️

she should have a higher lift option and a faster lift option, and an option to make her lift last longer, than maybe faster ultimate

lol she don’t need no buff. There’s so many characters that do need buffs and she’s not one of them. The only skirmisher that might need just a slight tiny buff is Valkyrie.

I repeatedly watch Hal's oldest vods and they have more fun and excitement than nowadays'. Wraith has insta Q and we can carry 80 ammo/3 bats per stack.

Even when horizons not in the meta she still has one of the strongest base kits she doesn’t need a buff or nerf atm.

When Daniel Klein was the lead, all new legends were OP upon release, then slowly nerfed back to a more balanced place. I personally did not like that approach. But I think there's a diff in what's fun and playable for the average player and the pro

How about she stays where shes at? Such a crutch character with crutch abilities. Not to mention that she's like the only character that makes zero audio on footsteps.

Horizon is literally one of the most busted legends already, don't make her stronger

Or maybe they could be an increase in duration for her Q and maybe Ult health. You can just one mag her ult before it even activates, especially if you team shoot it
