  • Yes we all have that positive coating machine at our home. I checked and I found 5 of them in my store room 🤣🤣
  • @meph1570
thanks, this video further ensures me that "at home" doesn't always mean "easy" and "using equipment that's normally at home"
  • @Rockykashmir
I used to be a fan, but after watching this masterpiece, now I'm a whole air-conditioner.
  • You have made easier to make LCDs which was never shared by anyone. Salute to you
  • That was awesome. This is one of the best how to / how it works videos I've watched. Thank you, I will now know how the magic happens inside all the little LCD screens I see every day 👍
  • @montagistreel
damn this has got to be the cleanest DIY LCD ive ever seen!
  • @raghavdhiman157
Bhai .. You are marvelous.. Kanti ji aapne to kehar hi dhaa dia .. We need guys like you to teach others about basic plus advanced electronics .. Love you bro
  • Love it when he busts out the coating machine! Just use the vaccum molding machine everyone has laying around their kitchen, do it from home!
  • @skbiswas
I had no idea that normal Indian (like R Kanti) are so smart in modern technologies. This guy presented it like 50 years back one mechanic in his electrical shops showed me inside of a fan - casually. Wow! Hail India. i.e, Jai Hind.

Before watching this video my life was full of miseries and sadness, women never looked me. But now iam completely happy everything is going very well, and girls come to me to talk... Thank you Robotics kanti
  • So if it was in English this would be awesome but even in this format it was entertaining to see. The photo resist with a untra violet light source causes the resist to only remain where it was shadowed by the image he printed. This is also similar to process of photo lithography and it changes the resistance values of the glass making only areas blocked by the light conductive. This can be done by DIY and experienced technicians but it is not that much to make a uv light pulse machine. Use a high voltage capacitor bank to transfer the energy from the high voltage discharge of the coil to the flash tube and you have the basics of the machine. Look up building a ultra Violet strobe for etching. Good luck. I worked with laser's so this is very similar as your taking photonic energy and essentially changing the doping values of resistance to allow electron flow over shadowed or covered areas only. The LCD crystal's align in such a way as to twist when exposed to a voltage a d go back to a relaxed state when voltage is removed, vary voltages and you have the beginnings of a RGB pixel. Take a few million and you have a block of an image, to make a few trillion and now you have a high definition image. Get the idea?
  • I am totally speechless after seeing this video of some fellow Indian doing great scientific experiments at home.
  • @bongsnwanamhani
Thank you for making effort to put English subtitle for the world to understand. I hear you my friend
  • @SuperPankaj84
You are not explaining how to make it, you just presenting the concept of "How LCD works" But it awesome to know the theory in practical. 👍👍
  • @Raul-xe2yj
This guy knows how to do all the stuff you are looking for when you swim through clickbait
  • This is a gem! Kudos to the maker to enlighten us with this unique process.
