I'm only 13 minutes into this video, but wanted to say who cares what other people say about how you clean. I think you do a great job! Also quick story, I once booked a hotel for the wrong date! We showed up a week early, had to call the booking agency and move things around. Thankfully it didn't cost much more, but still highly embarrassing and we were so tired since we got there late. I rarely ever go to a salon, so expensive, I do like to go to the local beauty school though when I can, at least half the cost of a salon and you get such personalized service.
