Great vid Dirty. One small caveat: remember, Entacapone is only effective in the peripheral circulation, it can't cross the CNS. Tolcapone however can be used to inhibit COMT in the peripheral circulation as well as the CNS.

Awesome! Small correction though, The only 3-MT inhibitor that works in the brain is Tolcapone. Both Entacapone and Tolcapone work in the perifery. Keep up the great work!

Parkinson disease is a very terrible illness, my Dad suffered from it for 19 years until we finally got a help and a medicine that truly works that helped treat, cure and reversed all his symptoms... My Dad is well again…
