Play Spyro 2 Ripto's Rage (1999). There's a level called Hurricos, which has these little guys called Electrolls. Tom Kenny not only voices Spyro in that game, but also the Electrolls, who sound an awful lot like Spongebob

I'm not even shocked the same voice was used before SpongeBob. There are only so many voices one could make with their own voice, that some if not most will sound similar.
