I didn’t know Steve Harvey’s daughter had a podcast and I’ve never seen Sheri’s face before, but I’m glad I stumbled upon this video. Her story is inspiring!

Many eons ago, I had the opportunity to interview at LA Records, through someone who knew someone and set it up because I was traveling to Atlanta. The young lady I traveled with insisted on staying with me during the interview 😩. Like I couldn't get her to somehow understand that never happens anywhere, please go away🤦🏽‍♀️. Needless to say the interview barely lasted 2 minutes. All these years later I'm so grateful, Thank God He kept me from being around the music industry. I would have been so naive and people pleasing, hoping I finally made my family proud, God only knows where I'd be today.

Glad to see she didn't ignore God's message! All the entertainers seem sad, and depress! I think they sell the biggest lies!

This is the first time I've ever taken notes while watching an interview! I NEEDED every jewel Sheri dropped! Most of what she said opened my eyes to understanding why I'm currently at a crossroads in my life. I'm about to dig deep within & answer all the questions she mentioned. What hit the hardest was the realization that I HAVE been hiding, not humble, and I HAVE been praying BIG, believing BIG but receiving SMALL! 🤯😫 THIS was a mindset altering, divinely orchestrated interview that has shifted the way I'm moving forward!
