I like how u play the game that is possible to do in original halo 2 without the acrophobia skull, ect. U have infinite ammo, but you don't use more grenades then is possible to carry in original halo 2.

Yeah...blame Greg Bear for that spot of lore. Mind you, the whole neanderthals had an ancient space faring civilization thing is totally bogus. If you're going to do that, why not just say that ancient ancestors of humanity built the Halo rings? Oh, and we've never seen a young or female Prophet, whilst we have seen a female Elite in Halo Legends. Such a shame that Halo 4 onward completely shut down the whole truce and Elites-are-awesome thing we had going.
