Being a Dad when it matters is so important. Dolf De Roos performed an entire 90 minute presentation for our group holding his Daughter that was not feeling well and she slept the entire time. Pace is a Rock Star in both of those arenas.

This video is one of the many reasons why I love being in Pace's community! She reminds me of so many other agents that I have came across. Just because she don't know about it she rules it off as a scam or something and give the short answers. Alot of other agents aren't even willing to understand how it works. So speak for their seller and automatically rule creative financing out
