Dear Katherine, how can I lower uric acid and phosphorus? has increased in recent months. I ate red meat and a little cheese once a week, I understand I made a mistake, but I also ate a lot of asparagus and peppers, could you tell me what you would recommend to a patient with high levels of uric acid and phosphorus? is it enough to eliminate the consumption of red meat and cheese? should I take supplements? thank you 🙏 for your precious support and help 💕 💕 💕 🙏

I just recently started viewing what foods need to eaten by blood type. Should we take those foods in account when it comes to eating low protein in CKD?
  • What if you are trying to body-build and gain muscle mass by lifting weights in the gym, but also are concerned about maintaining healthy kidneys. It is recommended by trainers that if you want to get big muscles, you need to lift heavy weights and eat lots of protein. Some weight-lifters, including myself, eat lots of protein, use protein powder., and even use a creatine supplement. Are we unwittingly damaging our kidneys ?
  • As i know eat eggwhite is a protein and its good for kidney and drink lemon water to avoid forming kidney stone😊
