SLEEP TOKEN ARE DEATHCORE NOW?! | British Couple Reacts to SLEEP TOKEN - Vore

Every single time I hear the chorus “So let’s get swallowed whole!” I get goosebumps. Every. Single. Time. Utter perfection and this has now taken the top spot as my favourite Sleep Token song. The characters in the visualisers are all part of their lore and world building. What they’re going to do with these characters isn’t yet clear, but they all represent the lyrical and thematic content of the songs/album.

Tha characters basically represent the songs in one way or another. Granite had the dude with the granite block for a head. Vore has this Praying Mantis lady, which makes sense as a praying mantis eats the male after sex. It's basically just their art - having a mythical creature or something to be themed as the song.

I love the blackgaze influence in this track it's so dark and atmospheric 😍 WORSHIP

I can honestly see a Sleep Token x Lorna Shore collab happening in the future. Will Ramos covered hypnosis and showed that he can sing cleans, and now Sleep Token are showing they can do deathcore

Vore is one of their heaviest songs along with The Summoning and Gods which is 90% screaming and 10% Vessel cleans. If you want more stripped back Vessel vocals then you need to check out Sugar, Fall for Me and The Way that you were. There are so many memorable Sleep Token songs that once you fall into that rabbit hole you’ll never get out again and be stuck in there forever, just like me. It’s probably easier to list them as they appear on the albums(both of which you should check out as they are part of a trilogy which will be completed by Take Me Back To Eden which is released 19/5), Sundowning highlights - The Night Does Not Belong To God, The Offering, Dark Signs, Higher, Bloodsport and Gods. This Place Will Become Your Tomb highlights - Atlantic, Hypnosis, The Love You Want, Mine, Like That and High Water. I know you’ve already heard Alkaline which is the song that started me off. There’s also the EPs One, Two and the single Jaws(my favourite song). The best part about becoming a Sleep Token fan is discovering all these songs,hearing them for the first time and then realising that you’re completely under their spell and no matter how times you hear them afterwards you’ll never tire of them. It’s called blackgaze, bands that sound like this are Deafheaven, Møl, Holy Fawn, etc. Deftones being a huge influence on them as well

This is an epic explosion of a song From the screaming that shook me and took me back some of those legendary Cobain yowls to the melodic seductive softer bits and the way they contrast and compliment each other it's just spectacular And she's right ..with Vessel's vocal delivery it is naughty and sexy AF
