Imagine being 6'1 and throwing a 6'6 360 man like a child. Most explosive DT to ever play.

I'm going to be honest I really have a chance to make it and I'm not going to overlook my opportunities, I'm 6'3 1/2 245 lbs SDE, who can run a 4.65 40 - yard as a starter on Varsity as a sophomore class of 23'. Too bad California won't let our high schools start until January :(
  • Can you please make some more showing how to get out fo your hips and how to use leverage

can u make more qb drills. Im trying to get better at deep balls. Can you make some drills helping to get better at that?

Offensive linemen are so athletic. Not only do you have the biggest guys on the field coming at you, but you need to move THEM out of the way. Linemen may be slower than other positions, but they're as agile as anyone
  • Dear way to play friends, I need to know how heavy is the med ball used in the exercise. I have a 15 kg slam ball that I use to work outside for throwing and slam. Could you suggest if is that is right? Many many thanks!!
