Nice video, everything looks so clean and neat. A suggestion would be to make a solder mask to make applying thermal compound look more professional since you have a cnc.

As cool as it is to see a machine purpose built for PCB milling, you can get similar results from a cheap little desktop CNC router. This machine is probably aimed at small businesses, but for a hobbyist or DIY'er you can save a lot of money with other options.

Very satisfying watch and listen. Tin plating was very neat, not a step I've done before. Would be cool if you could do PTH.

price is too steep to be used only for prototyping. cheaper desktop cnc does almost the same job at 1/10th of the price, may not be precise as this one but for proto typing its feasible. my local vender too does it in just 2 days

first video of yours I have see, I would love your skill, great video
  • Really nice video.. I love the concept of going through different processes to make the final product. Definitely would be a nice machine to have in a dream workshop. A couple of questions: How much calibration is required and maintenance?

Классные получаются платы. 5:48 -- какая конструкция подпружиненного сверла ??? Где ее можно увидеть ???

milling pcbs with cnc has always been a fascinating thing to me. only if they could do conductive vias somehow, that would have been perfect.
