Prof. B.M.Hegde is a boon to mankind. Just watch his videos daily and after 2 to 3 years you will be surprised by the changes in yourself. Prof. B.M Hegde is not only the name of a person but also the name of a revolution.

This is so true. I was having light pain in my upper abdomen. I started searching on Google. The results says it is mostly the liver decease..i was frightened, the pain started growing. It went to a level that i was usable to sleep..i went to doctor, he prescribed all blood test and ultrasound scanning. I went to the doctor with the test results. He said there is nothing to worry, results look normal.I was relieved, surprisingly, the pain just disappeared and i was feeling comfortable..doctor said you probably had stress that could be one of the reasons of your issue.. that was true bcs i was going through stress from the work..Stress is the real enemy.

He is 100% on point. The point at which he said you are not your parents lifted a huge worry from my mind. Despite believing I am on my own journey, my parent's health history has been a huge weight on my shoulders and I am grateful to find someone who spoke out loud affirming what I have always known and prescribe to.
