It is more beautiful than modern mac os.
-
I thought I was back in time in 2005 for a sec when I got the notification for this video. 🤣
-
This is the version that came with my 2006 macbook. I never upgraded the OS and I still use it today to write essays and other stuff

It's nice how macOS hasn't really changed. Mainly just the UI to keep with the times and technology. No need to reinvent the wheel.
-
The Mac aqua theme and the Windows Aero theme were so beautiful, sucks that you have to abandon them for the ugly flat designs of later versions if you want the features.. Well I'm still using windows 7 on my pc
-
My favorite version of Mac OS X. Simple, useful and without too much glance. Perfect!
-
the first macos version compatible for x86.

So many memories, my first own Mac ever <3

This was the best OS ever. Now they have just loaded Mac OS with a bunch of unnecessary crap. Tiger would run smoothly on practically any computer at the time. Now my 2017 MacBook Air runs slow on 12.4 Monterey at times. I used a 2001 Powerbook Titanium G4 from 2001-2010 with no problems and only stopped using it because my sister dropped it and broke the hinges and broke the LCD. This was the best

Oh can’t believe just how far macOS has come !🤩
-
Simpler times. I miss 2004-2005.

Can’t forget the last ever update of tiger. 10.4.11 released in 2007. Freshly after the release of the IPhone and OSX Leopard. It was the last ever version of the classic OSX. Before leopard was released in 2007, which completely overhauled the UI. Like the 3d dock for example.

i love the old mac os tiger aqua theme it is so cool i want a mac os computer

My first Mac was an 2009 Mac Mini running Leopard. I later bought a used white iMac Intel core2duo with macOS Tiger installed on it but I updated to Leopard then Lion. Unfortunately my Intel core2duo white iMac's screen died. I really liked the white plastic iMac other than the screen going dead. I like macOS Tiger and I think it had a lot of core features that are still in macOS today 2020.

The user interface looks nice.
-
Last good looking OS X, before they got rid of brushed metal and candybar scrollbars.
-
hey is there anyway i can get os x tiger software for my recently refurbished g5
-
Though I liked the video, this feels more like a features list than a review

0:54: 'To build a concept of Smart Folders'. What are these like compared to Virtual Folders of Windows Vista?

Can you do a history of Mac OS Welcome Videos?
