I’m a success story of listening to Lucia.!! I did NC n ignored the vague subtle attempts . I entertained a conversation n made him work for his spot back in my life. He flew all the way from asia to Europe to propose n now we’re married .Honestly In the back of your mind you know not to contact n respond to bs from your ex but Lucia does help navigate that gray area. LISTEN TO HER! Most importantly work on yourself, date, and stop keeping tabs on your ex. Live a low profile life. That’s when it really starts working . They just know when you’re elevating without them .

I want to not care anymore whether he comes back. I no longer believe in love/relationships.

Guys I went thru this regardless of what she says just move on it’s now been 4 years now I followed her advice, while it worked at first we got back, it was then I realized, to let her go. While I think of her often and do miss times, especially at Xmas but move on, guys find someone new

I was with a DA 4 years, hot and cold. He would always initiate. Last time I walked away, once again, 4mths no contact, he sent a random text. I waited 3 weeks to respond and it was to say I am done. I let him know I did not like how you disrespected & dismissed me last time & told him you made that decision & I am giving you what you wanted.

"No Contact" needs time to work or else you will have to start all over again if you break it.

Hey Lucia I wish I stumbled upon your page first, your version of no contact is without a doubt the best version.. I broke no contact after 45 days cause I was listening to someone else version and also cause her mother was sick wanted to check in. Literally ignored me didn’t acknowledge the nice gesture 😂 or nothing guys listen to her never reach out first! Focus on yourself!

To hear "no contact" from a woman's perspective in easily relatable terms takes "no contact" to a different level... excellent insight...

You're absolutely right as things take time. When an aunt decided to pick the times and days to contact me, I decided to go no contact... She cannot be blaming me for not wanting to talk when she was the one who decided to ignore my messages and not answer my call. Going no contact would also mean no talking about them at all with anyone in their absence unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary.

I can personally say this is the best video you’ve ever done since I started following you after my breakup in 2019, I do appreciate your work and gift but I’m sure if you had explained it exactly like this so that I could understand the dangers of breaking no contact n the power dynamics of what was actually going on I never would’ve done it all those times I did. This video breaks it down so even a fool can understand, maybe you’re making this video now because this is the actual time you’re supposed to and we are all including the Coach Lucia coming to the realization of the science 🧪 and psychology behind No Contact n how it actually works or maybe my emotions were running to high for me to actual listen n understand what you were saying. If my overreacting were not overboard n it’s.not too late I strongly suspect she’s going to make a U turn sooner than later. Thank you very much and God bless you.

This was a good to hear video. I was texting a chick years ago and it’ll came back in me during my relationship.. screenshots were sent to her from 5-6 years ago OUT OF THE BLUE(we were on a break when the texting was happening ) (girl has been blocked since then) so we’re broken up now after 11 years and engaged! Me and my ex had an amazing relationship, never argued or anything, literally fun all the time. I’ve been going through regret, remorse, and guilt recently. She seems like she’s doing amazing.. i want to reach out but i know i have to stay strong.. hopefully one day she’ll reach out.. Been 3 months, we had an amazing relationship

Hi Lucia been in no contact just shy of 2 years now saw my ex the other day and thought wow how I've changed and improved myself and she hasn't !!!

It works! I went NC with my ex and just exercise etc. well by the 7th day he showed up at church and we talked like adults and so far everything is ok but we are taking it slow and if you think your the only one suffering your not I found out my ex dumped me and still couldn’t eat, sleep or have fun after the decision he made

Day 49 he called FaceTimed me so emotional saying how hard it’s been without me thst he can’t see his life without me basically wants me back said he loves me misses me that he’s not. Needy person but needs me in his life… we saw each other yesterday he told my son don’t let any men talk to your momma when I’m not around and said you will never leave me again etc so I have never seen him this way and he’s a extreme avoidant person so you said day 45to 60 is the time they lose it and he did he never showed so much emotions like he is now
