When your lipstick sales plummet because everyone's wearing masks so you've got to mass-delete stock...

It's like Mac is trying to get rid of their lipsticks by putting them in their Advent calendars because lipstick sales are down due to the fact we don't wear lipstick under our COVID masks. I would be VERY VERY disappointed if I paid that much for so many lipsticks that all look basically the same.

What should be included in an advent calendar: 1 face cleanser, 1 primer, 2 blushes, 2 highlighters, 1 eyeliner, 1 mascara, 1 eyebrow product, 3 eyeshadows, 1 eyelash curler, 1 lip scrub, 1 lip gloss, 2 lipsticks, 2 lip liners, 1 setting spray, 1 translucent powder, 2 eye brushes, 1 foundation brush, and 1 good bonus item. You should do swatches of all the eyeshadows/lipsticks etc, that way we can all truly see how they all compare to each other, cos I felt like a lot of the shades look way too similar!

Hmm good calendar but not enough lipsticks. Should've put one in every day and then a HUGE lipstick in day 24. And made the packaging of the calendar lipstick shaped. Love you sophiiee 😂❤

having seen the million of samey lipsticks you could probably do a Safiya Nygaard and just melt them all together to make your own shade! You somehow managed to make all those eyeshadows work together too - makeup magician

I'm pretty sure the reason they put so much lip products is that nobody's buying them anymore as practically no one wears lipstick with the mask on, and they had to give them away cause they don't sell now What a scam Amazing video as always btw, take care Soph! 💜

"Very Golightly" is a reference to Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany's who's quite elegant and eccentric :) great job on the look, I thought you were going to have to try and use one of the lipsticks or eyeshadows as blush and highlighter xD
