    Does the boat have to be in neutral for the joystick to engage?

    I was looking for some help with mastering the joystick. This video wasn't helpful, because it didn't really demonstrate maneuvering in tight marina conditions. He used t a totally empty dock, no boats in any of the slips and he backed into a double slip, using the easier choice allowing the wind to be used to his advantage and no boat next to him.

    NEVER get off a boat when solo without a line in your hand. You should have had the box line in your hand when getting off and tied the bow first.

    Really? You took the easy dock to blow the boat into, do all this over and dock under the worst of existing wind.
